A family cat named Jessie is very relaxed, he holds no grudges.

I think therefore I am.

What if what we chose to think about made us who we are today, and how we will feel?

Last week I was reading about sadness and anger, and how women are expected by society to be quiet or sad, not vocal and angry. Anger is heathy, compared to internalization, and the first step to resolving problems.

The mind body connection (MBC) of personal suffering or mental health is valid and essential. What the mind can believe, for good or bad, the brain and body can conceive. It’s an old saying which seems to have new truth, illuminating the often-misunderstood message

Dr. John Sarno taught pain maintenance has a direct relation to attitude.

He is a retired American physician and former professor of Rehabilitation Medicine at New York University Medical Center. He is most known for discovering “TMS” (Tension Myositis Syndrome, also known as Tension Myoneural Syndrome). His work in the field of mindbody medicine has been rejected by the medical community and the general population; however, of the 11,000 plus patients he has treated, Dr. Sarno estimates he has cured at least 90% of them using his TMS approach. Dr. Sarno has written four books on TMS, and has also trained many physicians and therapists on how to diagnose and treat patients with TMS,

Recovery from sciatica (hip, back and leg pain), tennis elbow, chronic fatigue, and much more.

At this point, if you have considered Dr Sarmo’s work with Tension Myositis Syndrome (TMS) there is are a few very seriouis belief structures you must now ponder, accept, or reject as you cvcontinue your daily walkabout in the world, as you know it.

What if forgiveness is key to physical and mental health?

What if accepting the ignorance of our mistakes with people and things, is a key in our future health?

What if carrying a grudge or sad memory takes a physical toll on your body?

An attitude of gratitude increases your altitude(depth of meaning), latitude (breadth of experience), and quite possibly, you physical and mental health.
